Summary
Barrière wanted their vitamin patches to move from a cool wellness product to a real acquisition engine.
We built out a creator first paid system that used influencer content as the backbone of media, then scaled what worked across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Reddit. The result was a repeatable loop: find high converting creators, whitelist their content, build montage ads from the winners, and use that to grow the business.
What we did
1. Built a creator led ad system where influencer content now drives over half of all Meta purchases and more than 50% of holiday sales in peak BFCM weeks.
2. Ran structured tests of creator vs brand assets that made influencer images and videos the lowest cost per purchase line items, cutting cost per purchase by 60%+ and driving 85%+ of video driven purchases.
3. Used that same engine to launch Barrière Kids and the Chillhouse x Barrière “All Day Chill” kit, plugging new products into a proven creator and paid media system instead of starting from scratch.

From influencer to costumer
We built a full funnel creator system for Barrière where influencers touch every stage of the journey. At the top, creators shared always on TikToks and Reels weaving patches into real routines for adults and kids, making Barrière feel like an obvious part of a daily stack. We turned the strongest posts into hook first whitelisted ads and montage units, then ran them head to head against brand images and videos on Meta, TikTok, Google, and Reddit.
Creator ads became the lowest cost per purchase line items and drove the majority of video driven purchases, so we shifted more budget into those assets. At the bottom of the funnel, we retargeted people who watched, clicked, or added to cart with top creator statics and montages
