How we did it

To grow new member revenue, Watertight built a funnel that starts with tastemakers and ends in a tailored Sollis experience.

We optimized a custom Sollis PDP landing page for influencer traffic, so every creator story clicked through to a clear, relevant next step. At the top of the funnel, we worked with tastemakers in target markets to host elevated dinners and branch openings, bringing their in-person networks of prospective members into the brand and capturing those moments as testimonial content.

At the bottom of the funnel, we plugged everything into the paid engine, testing and iterating on more than 100 creator assets to drive qualified leads and membership inquiries, not just views.
