Evolv Launch

Summary
Watertight partnered with Evolv to support a high-stakes launch in a category where the real barrier is not awareness. It is belief. Evolv’s advantage is proprietary science, but “proprietary” often triggers skepticism. Our job was to translate complex science into clear, credible storytelling people could trust, then turn that trust into performance.
We built a proof-first influence system where podcasts created understanding, creator-led paid edits scaled credibility, and IRL + partnerships reinforced legitimacy. In the first three months post-launch, Evolv surpassed 7 figures in revenue (client-reported).
What we've done (so far)
✦ Led with podcasts as the trust engine across 4 shows, then repurposed each episode into paid edits (our top-performing ad format)
✦ Built a repeatable paid creative pipeline: 7–10 structured edits per episode for creator-led, whitelisted ads
✦ Developed a disciplined messaging framework to translate proprietary science into clear, consistent, skepticism-reducing language
✦ Launched a research study as measured by Oura partnership to add third-party credibility and drive top-of-funnel interest
✦ Produced an IRL launch dinner that drove authentic organic posting and partner momentum

How we did it
To reduce skepticism around proprietary science, we treated creators as the translation layer between scientific credibility and everyday decision-making. Podcasts gave Evolv the time and nuance to explain what makes the product different and answer the questions consumers actually have.
Then we converted those trusted conversations into a paid system. We scaled clarity, not hype: structured edits, consistent proof points, and creator-led narratives that made Evolv feel understandable, legitimate, and easy to try. Partnerships and the IRL moment added real-world validation that strengthened both paid performance and organic education.

Creating a landing page with clear and targeted messaging was a crucial step in increasing conversions. Together with the Webflow team, we have compiled a new product page structure using the AIDA model and packed that in a nice cover 🙂
